Services included the following:

• Edging maintenance will be done on a weekly basis. Edging of all lawn areas will be done to achieve a clean manicured appearance. Trimmings and debris from all areas will be cleaned and disposed of in appropriate bins.
  
  
• Ground cover will betrimmed for a well manicured appearance; this will be done on an as needed basis to achieve a consistent attractive look.
  
  
•  Planters including bushes will be trimmed for a well manicured appearance, access foliage, and debris will be removed and disposed of in appropriate bins, to achieve maximum curb appeal.
  
  
•  Walkway areas will be cleaned of debris and disposed of in appropriate bins, to achieve a manicured appearance.
  
  
• Weed control will be applied to all planters as needed to achieve a well manicured appearance.
  
  
• Spraying of weed control well be done on an as needed basis to planters, curbs cracks, sidewalk cracks and walking paths, to achieve a well manicured appearance.
